Does that stress you out? Don’t let it! Are you worried about writing college essays and papers? Don’t be! We will get you ready and will teach you the skills needed to succeed. With practice, you can improve your writing skills and get the grades you want.

In this course, we’ll focus on developing the essential writing skills you need to excel in college. In our live sessions, we will give you the chance to connect with your instructor and classmates, ask questions, and get the support you need to succeed. Our explicit teaching methods take the mystery out of how to write well, and you’ll receive personalized feedback throughout the week to help you grow as a writer and learn how to revise your work to make it even better.

A summer writing class may not sound super exciting and fun. And let’s be real, nobody has ever said to us, “I LOVE writing essays.” We know. But, if you get good at it, if you get fast at it, you buy back leisure time with your newfound buddies on campus. Are you ready? We can’t wait to help you on this journey.

Here’s what you’ll learn. This is a weekly subscription, so you can pop in and out as you like:

• Writing effective introductions and conclusions summarizing your argument and leaving a lasting impression on the reader.
• Incorporating literary devices, such as imagery and metaphor, to enhance the impact of your writing.
• Developing effective research and note-taking skills to gather and organize information for your writing.
